Salted ramson stems are delicious, especially when my father brings them home fresh from the farmers' market. I've tried the bottled marinated variety lately, and it's absolutely not the same, but still edible, I suppose. Also, Ramson or Ramsons is a great name for a character. I'm going to use it after I've exhausted Clove and Amber.
